Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided where necessary to protect structures or <br /> properties. There shall be no truck or automobile parking <br /> associated with the approved use on Lovelace Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5{e}) <br /> 5. The number and location of handicapped parking spaces shall <br /> be consistent with Section 9-1015 . 10 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> 6. Any proposed parking lot or security lighting shall be <br /> designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property line shall be permitted, <br /> except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. Lighting <br /> details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.51g} {41) <br /> 7 . Landscaping shall be installed in accordance with the <br /> approved Site Plan and Improvement .Plan. Landscaping <br /> details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title, be included on the Improvement Plan, and <br /> be installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> 8 . The existing well and septic system shall be removed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> of Public Health Services prior to issuance of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy for the transfer building. <br /> 9 . The existing trailer and transfer pit shall be removed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the <br /> transfer building. <br /> 10. An approved Fire Permit from the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District shall be required prior to the installation of the <br /> fuel dispensing system. <br /> 11. The access gate shall be recessed an adequate distance to <br /> prevent vehicles from blocking Lovelace Road when the gate <br /> is closed. <br /> 12 . The project site and the right-of-ways of Lovelace Road, <br /> Airport Road, and Union Road shall be kept free of litter <br /> and other material associated with the approved use. <br />
