L
LJanuary 19,2006
NOA Project Number: E05161A
L7.0 CONCLUSIONS
LIn summary, satisfactory percolation rates of the soil were achieved in the proposed septic disposal
L areas of the Site. The septic disposal areas of the proposed parcels appear suitable for a standard
septic system.
LNo ground water was encountered at a depth of 10 feet on February 15, 1994 on the subject property
or in any of the percolation test borings drilled on the property. No wells exist on the property so no
Lwell sample was collected or analyzed.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
6.
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
L Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
