SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six(6)to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> northern and southern property lines so as to screen the parking areas and <br /> structures. The wall maybe constructed in phases.
