Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot he <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage and design criteria fin all phases of proposal must be performed prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s)as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Titic. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of S 435.00 must be <br /> paid at time o1'submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or FP-A- Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> R. The existing most westerly well is of unknown construction and Environmental Health <br /> Division would not support its use I'or the proposed church. The other well was drilled under <br /> permit in 1989 and Environmental Health Division would recommend that it be tested to <br /> determine i fit can meet Califomia Code of Regulations and the Health and Safety Code as a <br /> public water system for the proposed church facility. <br /> NOTE: Proposed storm retention basin to be a minimum of 50-feet frorn existing well. <br /> C.
