The facility will be totally electric, no propane, with an
electric fork Gft, no fuel tanks, or toxic materials.
Of the solid waste, there will be lawn clippings off a small lawn area that will be spread into the
vineyard and disced in.
When we do start to crush, there will be skins and very little stems because of the mechanical
harvesting done by an outside contractor. These dried skins will then be disced back into the soil,
as this has been a standard operation amongst vineyard owners For many years.
The wash water from the tanks will be pumped into two agricultural holding tanks on a concrete
slab with a 6-curb around them and then filtered and hauled to White Slough Water Treatment
Plant
Winery Structural Maintenance will be very limited as the facility is brand new state of the art
steel with baked on enamel finishes guaranteed for twenty five years.
