May Road which is approximately %2 mile due west from Mr. Housley's <br /> proposed winery. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Housley's project. This is a prime <br /> agricultural area almost exclusively planted to wine grapes. <br /> Mr.Housley's project not only is consistent with the agricultural zoning and use of the vast <br /> majority of land in our area, it will provide another avenue for sale of our agricultural products. <br /> Because Mr. Iiousley proposes to make a high quality ovine from local grapes, ultimately this can <br /> do nothing but provide an inducement for others to build small "high end" wineries. This,of <br /> course, will raise the price or grapes and ultimately the price of land.
