(Development Title Section 9- l
i
1150.13). However, the proposed secondary access on to Liberty Road crosses through wetlands
and riparian habitat. As shown on the tentative map you meet the Development Title
requirements for setbacks from Riparian Habitat but a wetlands delineation study will need to be
completed before the initial study can be posted regarding your access. A referral for this project
is being sent to the Army Corps of Engineers for review. (See page 14 conclusions and
recommendations of the biological study for reference) you must contact the Army Corps of a
Engineers regarding this. Contact me and I will provide you with a contact person.
Biology (Plant/Animal Life/Trees) ,
As identified in the biological study there are numerous valley oak trees on the site (see
page 4-5) most of the trees are found at the intersection and along Lower Sacramento Road and
Liberty Road and the east site of the project. A revised map must be submitted showing the
location of the trees and all ordinance requirements must be met regarding Development see
Section 9-1505.
Traffic Study
A traffic study is required and you will need to contact Sejal Harit in the Public works
Department for further information 468-3000. (See Public Works memo dated March 24, 2004)
If you have any questions regarding submitting a revised map you can contact me at 209-468-
3160,
Sincerely,
t
John Funderburg
Associate Planner
CC: Fred and Alice Gudel !
