Gudel Property <br /> ' Phase i Environmental Assessment <br /> Page:3 <br /> `+ 3.0 SITE HISTORY <br /> The historical uses of the Property were determined by reviewing, as available; city <br /> directories, USGS Topographical Maps, Historical Sanborn Maps, aerial (and other) <br /> photographs, County Assessor's records (Appendix A), Fire Department and <br /> Environmental Health Department records. Interviews with the Property owner and <br /> Pregulatory personnel were also conducted. <br /> i <br /> An inspection of the property was conducted on February 11, 2004. The site is currently <br /> F <br /> vacant land with a growth of seasonal vegetation and used for pasture. A shallow <br /> drainage ditch or slough runs along the north portion of the property and then across <br /> Lower Sacramento Road to the west. An irrigation system is associated with the <br /> property. The parcel is clean with no structures or remarkable conditions. The <br /> F-j <br /> surrounding area consists of similar property with the nearest structures on the parcel <br /> immediately to the south, also owned by Gudel, involving a dairy.
