5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Corey and Tru Lee were interviewed in person on February 18, 2019. They <br /> indicated that they have owned the Site since 2013. At the time of the purchase, <br /> both houses were present; the Lees believed the houses were built to be halfway <br /> homes for former inmates. They were not aware of any other former uses of the <br /> Site. The Lees plan to sell both halves of the Site after the subdivision is <br /> completed. They were not aware of any underground or aboveground fuel tanks, <br /> storage or dumping of hazardous materials, trash burial, automotive <br /> maintenance, or other environmental issues affecting the Site. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 3852 and 3858 South Mourfield Avenue. <br /> According to Toby Morelli of that office, no records are available for the Site <br /> addresses (personal communication, February 14 and 21, 2019). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site address. Two permits were identified: <br /> • April 1958 permit for new septic system to serve residence. The permit <br /> indicated that water would be provided from a public system. <br /> • April 1986 permit for destruction of septic system at residence. <br /> These permits have been included in Appendix 4. <br /> LOGE 1905 4 <br />
