The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrate prior to recordation of the Notice of Minor Subdivision. Construct an individual sewage disposal system (s) on parcels 1 through 5 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
