Reflective materials are not permitted to 'be used in <br /> structures or signs (excluding traffic directing signs); <br /> o Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot visibility; <br /> o Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or <br /> navigation. No transmissions which would interfere with aircraft <br /> E: <br /> radio communications or navigational signals are permitted. <br /> o Any proposed use, especially landfills and certain agricultural uses, { <br /> that creates an increased attraction for large flocks of birds. <br /> 2. Power lines ,must be undergra-ounded, if necessary, to prevent hazard to <br /> I <br /> aircraft. <br /> 3. Regardless of location within San Joaquin County, any proposal for <br /> construction or alteration of a structure (including antennas) taller than 200 f <br /> ' feet above the 'ground level at the site.
