The plan also alis for an <br /> unilaflon takeout for flood irrigation.Upon review of the elevations drown on the plans it appears <br /> that the excavation is lower than necessary to flood irrigate the property. <br /> The exavatien phis was reviewed by the South San Joaquin Irrigation District's Board of Directors <br /> at their September 10, 1996 board meeting and was approved subject to the District's standard <br /> excavation policy including to the following : <br /> 1. The landowner agees not to perform arty excavation orgmdms within thee S.S.J.LD. <br /> easement no=directed to do so by the District for protection of the anal bank. <br /> 2. Erasvatiom adjacent to District easements and/or fatuities shag have a minimum 3:1 <br /> dope from the wwavated field to the top of the berm <br /> 3.
