Photographs of )
the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is
L attached to this report as Appendix D.
At the time of the site visit, the subject property was observed to be a single-family residence and a
vacant parcel covered in short seasonal grasses. The residence is currently being renovated. One small,
empty shed was observed along the western edge of the property. No
transformers were observed on or immediately adjacent to the subject property.
Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site visit. To the north of the property was
Florida Avenue, followed by single-family residences. To the east of the property was one single-family
residence and Myran Avenue, then single-family residences and a vacant lot. To the west were single-
family residences and vacant land being used to store miscellaneous debris. To the southwest of the
property was a small commercial structure, the northern boundary of which appeared to be located
exactly on the property line. To the southeast was a grocery store, CentrOmart.
L3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination
L No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were / 2)
identified from past uses of the site.
L3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination
No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from
Lcurrent uses of the site, except for the following.
• Small amounts of domestic trash and construction debris, were observed on the property.
• Possible well was observed on the subject property. 3
• One septic system permit exists for the subject property.
3.4 Past Off-Site Potential Sources of Contamination
No above- or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination were identified from past y
uses of surrounding properties.
10
L "044
L
