(3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized• by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> (8) This application requires a discretionary approval <br /> (i .e. , Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . <br /> Therefore, a grading permit will not be issued <br /> until this approval is obtained. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The spaces shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C.
