DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> UP-91-17 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> (b) One tree is required for each ten (10) parking <br /> stalls or portion thereof. <br /> b. Parking: <br /> 1) The number of parking spaces shown on the Site Plan is <br /> adequate. The size of the spaces and the aisles shall <br /> be consistent with Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title <br /> and be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt <br /> or cement. Bumper guards must be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> C. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> 1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall <br /> be provided throughout the parking area . <br /> 2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> 3) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond <br /> the project site. <br /> d. Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign <br /> conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606. <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the forth side. The <br /> location shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> f. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br /> g. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County departments. A Plan Check fee will be required. <br />
