(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Thirty (30) <br /> trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020.5) <br /> (5) A solid masonry wall shall be installed across the property at State Route 120. (Ordinance <br /> No. 3934) <br /> (6) All R.V. storage areas shall be screened. Security chain-link fencing may be permitted if <br /> combined with landscaping. (Development Title Section 1022.4) <br /> h. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days, and the Conditions of <br /> Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> i. MOBILE HOME STORAGE: The mobile homes illegally stored in the area located between the <br /> R.V. storage area and State Route 120 shall be removed. <br /> 2.
