(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Manteca Trailer and Camper, Inc., et al APN: 243-220-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 120 has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width as required by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I . Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 120 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $156.58 per daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Manteca area.
