(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip shall be installed across the frontage <br /> of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Thirty trees shall be planted and evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> (5) A solid masonry wall shall be installed across the property at State Route 120 <br /> (Ordinance No. 3934). <br /> (6) All R.V. storage areas shall be screened. Security chain-link fencing may be <br /> permitted if combined with landscaping. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4) <br /> h. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the Improvement Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date <br /> of this approval letter. Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted <br /> within 60 days and the Condition of Approval are met within six months from the <br /> effective date of this approval letter. <br /> i. MOBILE HOME STORAGE: The mobile homes illegally stored in the area located <br /> between the R.V. storage area and State Route 120 shall be removed. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (See the attached memo from Public Works dated July <br /> 31, 1998.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (See the attached memo from Public Health dated August 5, <br /> 1998.) <br /> 4. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: (See the attached letter from the fire district dated July <br /> 23, 1998.) <br /> 5.
