Hwy 120, Manteca <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> �Y <br /> C. lSubmit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the EHD for review and approval prior to <br /> t � /issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> O " D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for prior to issuance of building permits (s). In addition, <br /> show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> MH:tl <br />
