Results approved by the EHD prior to final approval. Do JA^ �. c15" .St <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S., at (209) 468-0343 to <br /> determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final <br /> occupancy. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The water sample result dated May 12, 2006 exceeds the maximum contaminant level for <br /> nitrates and does not meet the water quality requirements of the SDWA. <br /> F. Construction of individual-sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Ofla F <br /> EHD is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br />
