This project shall comply <br /> with the County's light and glare performance standards. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> State Route 120, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage of materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed <br /> by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen.
