(2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) (3) A minimum of ten (10) parking spaces shall be provided, one of which shall be van accessible (Development Title Table 9-1015.3[b] Produce Sales — 3.3 parking spaces/1000 square feet of building). (4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed %4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). (5) Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (6) Provide identification signs for the accessible parking space, including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. This project shall comply with the County's light and glare performance standards. Lighting plans prepared by an electrical engineer, or other lighting professional approved by the Director, shall be submitted with the Site Plans. (Development Title Section 1025.6) g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of State Route 120, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage of materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710.4(h) of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan.
