APN 241-410-04. <br /> Minor Sub Number: <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> f <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our investigation concerning the soil strata 1 <br /> under the subject property referenced above. This study, along with percolation testing, was <br /> 4 performed to determine if the subject parcel is acceptable for a septic system. Additionally, the <br /> study addresses potential adverse environmental impacts to the underlying groundwater from the <br /> system. Our report is in compliance with the requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2. <br /> _ [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site consists of one parcel. This parcel is 5.0 acres in size with the developed area to <br /> _ consist of 3.3 acres. The subject property is currently unimproved and has been used as irrigated r <br /> pasture land for cattle grazing. There are no records of any structures which have previously existed <br /> _ on the subject property. There is an irrigation well near the northeast corner of the site. <br /> The topography of the parcel is relatively flat. No compensation for leachfield design should be <br /> taken into consideration due to this flat terrain.
