UP-93-0010 OF WILLIAM DUNCAN, ET AL <br /> (C/O SCHACK & COMPANY) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is for the storage of up to 180 empty semi- <br /> trailers, one truck tractor and a 12 ' x 20 ' office trailer on a <br /> 5-acre portion of a 16 . 3 acre parcel, with a storm detention pond <br /> o an adjacent one-acre parcel. This site is located on the south <br /> side of State Route 120 , at the east end of Madruga Road, south <br /> of Lathrop. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . Development Services <br /> a. Four parking spaces are required, including 1 space for <br /> the physically handicapped. (Development Title Sections <br /> 9-1015 . 10 , and 9-1015 . 3) <br /> b.
