(Development <br /> Title Section 9-1022 . 4) <br /> d. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid <br /> masonry walls on three sides and gated on the fourth <br /> side. (Development Title Section 9-1022 . 4) <br /> e. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered <br /> Civil Engineer, showing drainage, pond calculations, <br /> driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and <br /> proposed utility services, and grading. Drainage shall <br /> be conveyed by a closed conduit system. Merge APN 241- <br /> 410-04 and 241-410-22 or relocate the proposed pond to <br /> the APN 241-410-04 . A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 2 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material in <br /> accordance with the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70. <br /> CM: ss <br /> UP9310DC.
