The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 .
