Indicate what facts in the case of this <br /> a lication su ort each of the findings. <br /> 1. The granting of the Deviation will not be materially detrimental to other properties or land uses in the area. <br /> All of these structures are existing. Their change of use will not affect other properties in the area. <br /> 2. There are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property or to the intended uses that do <br /> not apply to other properties in the same zoning district in the vicinity. <br /> These existing structures are old and architecturally interesting. Their loss would be a significant change to the character of the property. <br /> 3. The strict application of the regulation deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity. <br /> These structures are to be used largely for agricultural purposes,similar to other fruit stands in the area. <br /> 4.
