Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$186.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall contact the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and obtain guidance for soil testing of the previously used manure <br /> waste ponds and provide the Environmental Health Department with appropriate <br /> documentation. <br /> Page I of 2 d <br />
