In accordance with the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, applicant shall <br /> ,��j have the onsite well tested for cyanazine and MCPA dimethylamine salt on proposed <br /> 41� Parcel 44. In addition, the three aboveground fuel tanks shall be properly removed <br /> D and applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department the appropriate <br /> documentation prior to Parcel Map recordation. <br /> E. The previously used barn toilet septic system may actually lay between the proposed ' <br /> Parcels#3 and#4 property lines. Prior to Parcel Map recordation, applicant shall <br /> provide physical evidence to address this concern or have septic system destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. <br /> F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
