The search radius for this investigation has been extended to adjoining properties, and to <br /> properties within a search radius of one-quarter mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the <br /> subject property background and history of past use have been investigated. Interviews have been <br /> conducted and a site reconnaissance completed. The data pertinent to this investigation can be found <br /> in the body of this document. The primary investigator for the assessment is Ms. Abigail Racco, <br /> Environmental Specialist at NOA. <br /> Due to concerns regarding potential liability for toxic hazards which may adversely impact real estate <br /> in general, investors need to assess property before sale or purchase to determine if current or past <br /> 3 <br />
