COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS MS-94-39 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Enterprise Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of PARCELS 1, 2, 3 and 4. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> 3 .
