The project site is located on the southeast
quarter of the intersection of I-5 and State Route 120, south of Lathrop.
Transportation Planning has circulated the above referenced project through our normal
interdepartmental review process. Caltrans offers the following comments:
• Traffic impact fees should be collected on a "fair share" basis for future improvements at SR
120 and Guthmiller Road.
• All Final Conditions of Approval should be forwarded to Caltrans District Planning in order
to monitor approved local development and implementation of agreed upon mitigation
measures.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this project further please contact me at (209) 948-
3975, or e-mail cyamzongdot.ca.gov. or Chris Sayre of my staff at (209) 948-7142, or e-mail
csayre @dot.ca.gov.
Sincerely,
CARLOS P.
