9 . 0 CUMULATIVE IMPACTS AND GROWTH INDUCING IMPACTS
9 . 1 Cumulative Impacts
Development of the Landmark Lathrop Group, LLC operation might
indirectly serve as a stimulus to the initiation and development of
other quarrying operations in the area .
9 . 2 Growth Inducing Impacts
This proposed project has the potential to foster minimal economic
and/or population growth in the surrounding environment . It is not
anticipated that the operation of the Landmark Lathrop Group, LLC
operation will necessitate hiring of significant numbers of personnel ,
or stimulate the construction of additional housing .
The approval of this project will not have a growth-inducing effect , but
will accommodate existing personnel in the region .
The General Plan land development criteria are established on the basis
of land resource constraints . The constraints are limited by the
General Plan to levels of service on access roads, resource production
values, and available domestic water supplies and sewage disposal
methods . Approval of this project will not change the General Plan
densities in the area .
Landmark Lathrop Group, LLC
1 - February 3, 2000
