The property has and is currently used for <br /> agriculture. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to Leanne Scannav' o, one septic system e�sts on the property which is associated <br /> with the single family residen site. Two permits were found during a recent file review at <br /> the EHD. <br /> 3.2 _On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> T on-site septi permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. The <br /> ermits can be-found in the back of this report. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> One of the two on-site septic permits found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD <br /> -was for an addition to the existing system. The permit can be found in the appendix of this <br /> report. - <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth'". We <br /> counted-the-bullc ing clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system.
