The property has and is currently used for agriculture. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage According to Leanne Scannav' o, one septic system e�sts on the property which is associated with the single family residen site. Two permits were found during a recent file review at the EHD. 3.2 _On-Site Septic Permit History T on-site septi permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. The ermits can be-found in the back of this report. 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History One of the two on-site septic permits found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD -was for an addition to the existing system. The permit can be found in the appendix of this report. - 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth'". We counted-the-bullc ing clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a minimum of 20 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
