The property <br /> consists of a 51.72 acre parcel (APN 087-054-16)l <br /> According to the San Jo uln ounty Community Development Department web ' the <br /> subject property is zone AU-20, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 20 ac s. <br /> This zoning designation "Is intended to retain in agriculture those areas planned-for ture <br /> urban development in order to facilitate compact, orderly growth and to assure the proper <br /> timing and economical provision of services and utilities." Additionally, the general plan for this <br /> parcel is zoned R-L (Low Density Residential). Two <br /> additional photos, dated 1998 & 2002, were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.3 <br /> In the 1937 photo, Overhiser Road is apparent west of the property. There appear to be at <br /> least two structures located at the northwest portion of the property. The subject property <br /> appears to be used for agricultural purposes. The surrounding properties appear to be used for <br /> agriculture with rural residences. <br /> In the 1952 photo, a structure is apparent at the northwest corner of the property.
