A structure is apparent at the northwest corner of the adjacent property to <br /> the south. <br /> In the 1963 photo, the structures located on the subject property are no longer apparent. The <br /> subject property appears to be open land. The surrounding properties appear similar to the <br /> previous years with the exception of a small subdivision located on the adjacent property north <br /> of the subject property. <br /> In the 1975 photo, the land appears to be used for agriculture. A structure is apparent at the <br /> southwest corner of the property. Surrounding properties appear to be used for agricultural <br /> purposes with residences. <br /> In the 1983 photo, the subject property appears similar to the previous photos. The <br /> surrounding properties also appear similar with the exception of the addition of structures <br /> constructed on the adjacent property located southeast of the subject property. <br /> In the 1998 photo, the subject property appears similar to the previous years. An orchard <br /> appears to have been planted on the property. The surrounding properties also appear similar <br /> to the previous years with few exceptions. The center section of the adjacent property to the <br /> north appears to be used as a parking area or trucking facility. The adjacent properties east <br /> and southeast of the subject property appear to be developed with additional structures. <br /> In the 2002 photo, the subject property and surrounding properties appear similar to the <br /> previous photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 United States Geological Survey Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Waterloo California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1968, was obtained from <br /> Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1968 map, the subject property is depicted as open land with a well. The property is , <br /> depicted approximately 35 to 41 feet above mean sea level. Surrounding properties are <br /> depicted as agricultural land with residences. Overhiser Road is depicted west of the subject <br /> property. Waverly School is depicted on the adjacent property southeast of the subject <br /> property. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property.
