Circulation and parking associated with the proposed new building should conform to <br /> the City of Stockton Parking Area Standards (25' minimum aisle widths). <br /> 5. Should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by City of Stockton Sewer <br /> lines and/or treatment facilities, or should the site require additional sewer capacity, <br /> and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property <br /> owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and <br /> shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation <br /> agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the <br /> applicable fees. <br /> 6.
