The subject property is in an area known to contain greater than 20 parts per million of Nitrate (NO3). A binder entitled"Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database List" also available in the Environmental Health Department's office was consulted and no underground tanks were listed in the binder for the subject property. According to the aforementioned DBCP and Nitrate (NO3) maps and underground tanks binder which were reviewed, DBCP, nitrate and underground tanks are not known to be contamination contributors on the subject property. Groundwater Death:The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation Map entitled"Lines Of Equal Depth To Water Wells", dated Spring 1998, shows the water table to be ten (10) feet or less feet below the ground surface. Permit No. 019719 in the San Joaquin County Environmental Department files for installing a domestic well states first water was encountered at thirteen (13) feet. Well Water Analysis: There are agricultural as well as domestic wells on the subject property but no water from any of the wells on the subject property were tested for detailed reporting in this report.
