A credit may <br /> be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after <br /> April 23, 1990. (Resolution 00-433) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> g. All new structures and substantial improvements shall be elevated a minimum of one foot above the <br /> 100-year flood elevation of 20 feet NGVD. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES(Staff Contact: Steven Shih, 468-9850) <br /> a. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). <br /> The applicant shall demonstrate the 100 percent replacement area for the existing sewage disposal <br /> system in accordance with San Joaquin County Sewage Standards prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> b. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system (California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 17, Section 7603). <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (Staff Contact: Mike Higgins, 948-3996) <br /> a. Caltrans has determined that this project will contribute to cumulative impacts at the overcrossing of <br /> Interstate 205 and Paradise Road.
