The applicant shall demonstrate the 100 percent replacement area for the existing sewage disposal system in accordance with San Joaquin County Sewage Standards prior to issuance of a building permit. b. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system (California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 7603). 4. Caltrans has determined that this project will contribute to cumulative impacts at the overcrossing of Interstate 205 and Paradise Road.
