SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-86 OF LEONARD <br /> JJ & GLADYS VIEIRA (C/O APPLIED LNG TECHNOLOGIES). A <br /> Site Approval application to establish a liquefied natural gas (LNG) <br /> production facility. Located on the northside of Wildwood Road, 3600' <br /> east of Jack Tone Road, east of Stockton(APN: 203-030-02; Address: <br /> 14629 E. Wildwood Road, Stockton). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Greg Dahl, Applied LNG Technologies; Leonard Vieira, <br /> owner; Dick Dyer, representing Vieira Trust; Tracy and J.D. Hunt,North Star Recourses were <br /> present for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley presented the project. <br /> Ms. Jolley reviewed the Community Development Departments access requirements, and <br /> discussed options regarding the access issue. Mr. J.D. Hunt stated that at the time the map was <br /> drawn the property had not been surveyed. Mr. J.D. Hunt indicated that the property has now <br /> been surveyed and it is their understanding that the property line will not be on anyone else's <br /> property. Ms. Jolley asked Mr. J.D. Hunt if he could bring in a revised site plan showing the <br /> property line. Mr. J. D. Hunt indicated yes. Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the <br /> Department will need the revised site plan prior to approval. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the State Clearinghouse has a 30 (thirty) days to review <br /> the application. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that the Community Development Department cannot act on this project <br /> until January 4, 2002, and asked that the site plan be submitted prior to January 4, 2002, <br /> Ms. Jolley reviewed the Community Development requirements. <br />
