Mr.J.D.Hunt questioned the fire code set backs regarding equipment on the road. Mr. Karam suggest - <br /> that the applicants locate their facilities 25' from the future right-of-way lines. Mr. Karam reviewed the <br /> Public Works Department requirements. Mr. Van Buren informed-the applicants that the building set <br /> backs is 30' from the future right-of-way and/or 55' from the centerline of the road. <br /> Mr.Norgard reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked that since this was a demonstration project, will there be a limited time for this <br /> project. Mr. J.D. Hunt indicated that he thought the project will run at least three years, and when it is no <br /> longer in use it will return to its natural state.
