Mr.J.D.Hunt questioned the fire code set backs regarding equipment on the road. Mr. Karam suggest - <br /> that the applicants locate their facilities 25' from the future right-of-way lines. Mr. Karam reviewed the <br /> Public Works Department requirements. Mr. Van Buren informed-the applicants that the building set <br /> backs is 30' from the future right-of-way and/or 55' from the centerline of the road. <br /> Mr.Norgard reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked that since this was a demonstration project, will there be a limited time for this <br /> project. Mr. J.D. Hunt indicated that he thought the project will run at least three years, and when it is no <br /> longer in use it will return to its natural state. Mr.Van Buren indicated that the Community Development <br /> Department will be adding a condition to that effect. <br /> Ms. Jolley asked the applicants to indicate what type of fence will be installed and, to add more detail to <br /> the Improvement Plan when they submit it. <br /> Mr. Dalton asked that the applicants comply with the Fire Code. <br /> 9:30 a.m. 2. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO.GP-01-14 & ZONE <br /> JF RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. ZR-01-10 OF AURORA <br /> TRANSPORTATION (C/O JOSE ALVA). SANGUINETTI &ASSOCIATES). A Major <br /> Subdivision application proposing the division of an existing eighty-acre parcel <br /> into eight parcels of approximately ten(10) acres each. Located on the north side <br /> of Jahant Road, 700 feet west of Elliott Road,northeast of Lodi (APN: 007-150- <br /> 27; Address: 11501 East Jahant Road, Acampo). <br /> Jim Van Buren, Senior Planner; Wayne Le Baron,Mike Hakeem(representing the applicant),Jeff <br /> Sanguinetti, Sanguinetti &Associates, were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Van Buren stated that the Project Planner is Mr. Jeff Fisher,but that Mr.Van Buren would present <br /> the project today. Mr. Van Buren reviewed the Department of Fish& Game letter dated December 13, <br /> 2001. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed the Department of PublicWorks requirements.
