Gau y
Senior Civil Engineer
Development Services/
Engineering Division
SUBJECT: SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-95-47 OF TERRY REMITZ FOR
FARM MACHINERY SALES AND HAY SALES LOCATED AT 21200 S.
PARADISE ROAD, TRACY (APN: 213-170-03) (FIFTH SUPERVISORIAL
DISTRICT)
IT IS RECOMMENDED:
That the Planning Commission in, accordance with Chapter 9-230 of the San Joaquin County
Development Title, conduct a public hearing to determine if Site Approval Application No. SA-
95-47 of Terry Remitz should be revoked or modified if the Commission finds that one or more
of the conditions upon which the development approval was granted was violated.
BACKGROUND:
On February 20, 1996, the Community Development Department denied Site Approval
Application No. SA-95-47 due to the inability to make Findings 1 and 2.
