The property is currently used primarily <br /> as vineyard. <br /> 13.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to the tentative parcel map provided by Baumbach and Piazza, Inc., one (1) septic <br /> system currently exists on the Site. No permits were found during a recent file review at the <br /> EHD. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No on-site septic permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No on-site septic repair permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth TM. We <br /> counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system.
