Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health Department for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Department has specific requirements of kennel construction_ A plan check fee of$230 is due at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. B. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health Department. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with the appropriate waste management practices. A review fee of$230 is applicable at the time of submittal. Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure management plan. C. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health Department. D. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Department hourly rate of $115 for response and correction, as per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B-92- 1591.
