APNs: 021-070-01 and <br /> 021-080-13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> Tully Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and include the following: <br /> a. Detail of access road (first 100 feet from Peltier Road shall be paved). <br /> b. Haul route. <br /> C. Stockpile area for top soil. <br /> 2. Loads on Peltier Road and Tully Road shall be restricted to legal loads only. <br /> (Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br /> 3. A video tape of road conditions on Peltier Road and along haul route is required prior to the start of <br /> excavation.
