A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed with the Department with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails, refuses or neglects to repair, under permit, any damages to Peltier Road or haul route which may result from permittee's operations, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore Peltier Road or haul route equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit, subject to review and adjustment for inflation every five (5) years. (Development Title Section 9-854.3) 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The Fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Fee currently is $143.38 per daily trip-end in the Lockeford area. The Fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. Contact the Department of Public Works Public Facilities Division (468-3055) for alternate method of payment allowed for phase developments. Notify, in riverine situations, adjacent communities and the State Coordinating Office prior to any alteration or relocation of a watercourse, and submit copies of such notifications to the Administrator. Assure that the flood carrying capacity within the altered or relocated portion of any watercourse is maintained. 8. Request a Conditional Letter of Map Amendment or Revision from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) whether the proposed project, if built as proposed, would justify a map revision.
