An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 5. A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed <br /> with the Department with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails, refuses or neglects to repair, under <br /> permit, any damages to Peltier Road or haul route which may result from permittee's operations, the <br /> Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore Peltier Road or haul route equal <br /> to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit, subject to <br /> review and adjustment for inflation every five (5) years. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-854.3) <br /> 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The Fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The Fee currently is $143.38 per daily trip-end <br /> in the Lockeford area. The Fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. Contact the <br /> Department of Public Works Public Facilities Division (468-3055) for alternate method of payment <br /> allowed for phase developments. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 7. Notify, in riverine situations, adjacent communities and the State Coordinating Office prior to <br /> any alteration or relocation of a watercourse, and submit copies of such notifications to the <br /> Administrator. Assure that the flood carrying capacity within the altered or relocated portion of <br /> any watercourse is maintained. <br /> 8.
