COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-93-15 PREAPPLICATION <br /> 9 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are $2 , 083 . 00 <br /> per multi family dwelling unit, $7, 101. 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as "Retail/ Service" and $2 , 199 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 10. A traffic study shall be conducted to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigation measures.
