Peltier Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1105.2). <br /> b. Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County t <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, <br /> 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaywn County Health Care Services �� <br />
