Hazelton Ave.
Stockton,CA 95205
SUBJECT: Application Number UP-93-15 (Preapplication)
Farm Worker Labor Camp
Lower Sacramento and Peltier Road
Dear Mr.Larrouy:
Thank you for referring the above-referenced project to the Lodi Unified School District. We
understand from the project engineer that this will be male-only housing. If this status can be
warranted by the County, and guaranteed for the long-term, the District will waive the school
development fee. However,if such a warranty can not be made, the fee can not be waived.
Assuming 102 units, this project is calculated to generate a need for school space for 57 students
based on the District's 1992 student yield factors (Development Fee Justification Study,
January, I993)
102 units x .558 K-12 pupils/unit = 57 K-12 pupils
This project is within the following 1993-1994 school attendance areas:
Elementary & Middle Houston School
High School Lodi High School
The actual school of attendance will be determined at the time of student enrollment based on
the degree of overcrowding at the attendance area school. Overflow students are bussed to
other schools where space at the particular grade-level is available. Attendance areas may
also be different at the time of enrollment.
Continued...
Lodi (209) 331-72.17 Stockton (209) 953-8217
