All drainage from asphalted and cemented parking and <br /> driveway areas shall be routed through an oil sand trap <br /> tank prior to entering an on-site retention basin. <br /> (Planning Title Section (9-4005 . 4 (k) (16) ) <br /> 1. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted <br /> to the Development Services Division . The Improvement <br /> Plan will be distributed to the involved County <br /> departments for approval. The Improvement Plan shall be <br /> prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, grading, <br /> lighting and landscaping. Storm drainage run-off shall <br /> be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations <br /> shall be submitted for approval (see handout entitled <br /> "IMPROVEMENT PLAN" for detailed list of all <br /> requirements) .
