Located on the south side <br /> of Peltier Rd, E. of State Route 99 off ramp, N. of Lodi . <br /> APPLICANT: A & T Zazzariano APN: 017-040-08 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I . Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Peltier Road to the property line shall be <br /> required along the frontage of APN 017-040-08 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 with <br /> 50-foot radii or tapers . The minimum width of the driveway <br /> at property line shall be 35 feet. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-505 . 5 & 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> 4 . Turn around for the truck and trailer shall be provided.
