The frontage improvements for Peltier Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of an <br /> 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road. The construction of <br /> the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan.
